If there is an appliance you would like me to check on for you let me know, but you will find out appliances here are more expensive than in the U.S. for example. I can get you a 14 inch color TV for about $100 or a 19 inch color TV for about $150 but I do not stock them as they move slow and I really don't have the storage area for them. The ones we would get for that price are Chinese "No Name" kind of companies, i.e: Fukuda is one that comes to mind. Also keep in mind if you are going to buy a TV you will need to coordinate with the recipient to get signed up for cable services (which requires a lease, proof of billing, several id's etc) or buy an outside antenna with matching bamboo pole to receive the approximately 8 channels available in Angeles without cable.
