Shipping Info/Policy

Where does www.rickcafe.com deliver?
In the greater Angeles City, Philippines area.  (you will need to contact us for shipping rates as some items are cost prohibitive for shipping due to size, shipping takes 2 or 3 business days nationwide exclusive of holidays and Sundays)


How do we deliver?
We use our own local delivery guy with a motorcycle, car or trike depending on the size of the delivery.
We deliver from 8am to 4pm Monday thru Saturday unless you have a special birthday gift or anniversary gift for a Sunday and notify us at least 2 days before so we can change the work schedule of the deliveryman. Orders received after 12 noon local time are delivered the next day. (Nationwide, see above)

I was unable to include my card message?
Your card message follows the payment routine. Sometimes the server may time out or if you have a pop up blocker it may prevent you from creating your card. Please Click here

How will I know that the order has been received or delivered?
Once the transaction was completed and approved the customer will be receiving a copy of an order confirmation slip right after the Credit Card Payment is processed by Kagi. The order confirmation e-mail contains all information about the order, sender, payment and the recipient this also serves as the customer's official receipt. Aside from that the customer will also receive confirmation and notification e-mail from www.rickcafe.com that we are processing your order for delivery. After it is delivered we will send you a photo of the delivery if the recipient agrees to a photo.

What will happen if I provide an incomplete or incorrect delivery information?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information otherwise there will be a delay in delivering the order or the order will not be delivered until the correct information is received. But we will make every effort to make sure the gift is delivered. To avoid these incidents the customer must contact www.rickcafe.com immediately regarding the matter.

What will happen if the recipient is not available during the time of delivery or declared out of carrier coverage area?
In cases wherein recipient is not available during the time of delivery or if there is no one available aside from the recipient, the delivery person will return the gift to our office and will post a message to inform the recipient that he/she has a gift and the responsibility will lies on the recipient to contact us to arrange a second delivery.

Does the gift look exactly the same as in the picture when delivered?
Customer's satisfaction is our utmost priority that's why www.rickcafe.com ensures that the order will be similar to the picture shown in this web site unless the product is not available or out of stock that's the time some of the product's features will be substituted like the size, color, shape or brand or the order itself will be replaced by another similar gift item with an equivalent or greater amount so that it will be delivered on time.

What if www.rickcafe.Com fails to deliver the order on time?
Although there were never been situation like this since the beginning in case of delayed delivery by the company's fault, www.rickcafe.com will give discounts or credits to the customer the next time he orders. With the exceptions of national holidays. You will be notified if there is a delay for this reason.

What must I do if there are some changes in the delivery date or deliver information or some request?
The customer should use the end order form to inform www.rickcafe.com once the order is made, for any special changes or order request contact us immediately since the package will arrive with in 24 hours in most cases. We will do our best to accommodate any and all of your request.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and now we accepting online checks and Western Union payments for those who would prefer not to use their credit card.

Is my order secure and safe?
www.rickcafe.com has it's own security measures thru Kagi to protect our customers' information against hackers and to avoid misuse or loss of data. Your order is encrypted and indecipherable.

What do I do if my order is canceled by www.kagi.com?
Contact us and we will try to assist you, or go to customer assistance on the Kagi website.
