Work Flow Chart of Subcontractors over the 22 Week period

Remember that all your hopes and dreams of building a house are going to be executed by a guy like this, so plan for mistakes:

10 clearing lot digging putting in perimeter wall

10 digging trenches and footings for columns, rebar fabricated for footings   Works on drain pipes

Columns installed, Coco lumber installed for second floor cement pouring support

    Works on second floor electrical conduits

Final supports put in place, building permit obtained from the city

    Temporary electric turned on, all conduits installed before cement pour

Poured second floor slab only a 3 day work week while cement curing, continued later putting up cement blocks
